Doc, Dale, Wally and I did hwy58, Bend of the River, Bridgersville for 38 miles. Left at 10:00 about 11:15 the heat hit us in the face like a left hook. East Langley Rd home was brutal. Sat group of nine did potato hill, Nashville Old Carriage, split into two groups hammer and tempo, pace was good for both groups. Not too hot and very little wind. Everyone finished up back at OSB.
