Jeff: There are many lights that will get you seen and for leisure riding that will do ok at low speeds, but if you're gonna ride 20mph you need a light that will produce 200 lumens. Cygolite and NiteRider are two brands that have good reviews. I have a cygolite 600 lumen light that turns night into day so you can blast downhills in the middle of the night. So far it's been a great light.
