Sat, Nick, David C, Vino, Ronnie, Kim, Dan, Jeff and I did the Nashville ride, Dan looked like Contador going up potato hill, David C, Nick and Kim cut it short due to football. Good long pulls byRonnie and Dan avg 20 for 40 miles. Sunday only Alan showed up for a recovery from CNC, which was fine with he as I wrestled an aerator on Sat. did 25 miles comfortable pace as Alan regaled me with stories from CNC, getting locked in at the "Rock" in Rockingham It is going to be a good week to ride, Jim
