Alberto will officially be toast on the 15th of February when the UCI drops the hammer. Keep in mind that nothing is for sure just yet as far as the UCI goes but it appears that they will give him the standard 2 year ban on top of stripping him of the 2010 yellow jersey. With Alberto off the podium that moves Andy to #1 (not how he would like to get there I am sure). Denis Menchov steps up to 2nd and moving on to the podium in 3rd is Samuel Sanchez - Euskadi. Can anyone guess who is the clear favorite right now for the 2011 yellow jersey?
