Tonight's Roll and Release for Runners and Cyclists has been changed to next
Wednesday, May 25th from 7:00-7:30pm, due to the Ride of Silence.

The class will teach techniques for myofascial release and stretching that
you can do on your own. We will focus on 'stripping' the quadriceps,
hamstrings and IT band, lengthening the lower back, and opening the chest
muscles.
