I plan to start the 6am rides again tomorrow so I beat the heat of the afternoon. For those who don't know what this is all about: We meet at OSB at 6am and ride til about 7-7:15. I will plan to do these rides every Mon/Wed/Fri. Tomorrow, Friday and next Wed will be A+ (21+ pace)in preparation for Kerr Lake Tri on the 5th. (I'm not a morning person so it happens lol )
Linda also wants to do some early morning rides but wants more of a B or B- ride 16-17pace.
