Thanks for another great ride this morning Jeff! After the question "So Linda, how fast can you ride..." I just hung on as we cruised past that dog's residence at a stealthy 23+mph. Sure got my blood pumping and I was wide awake after that -- glad that dog was nowhere in sight!! See you in the morning...

We did a Tour de Elm City, Nash, Pridgen, London Church, Stage Coach (dog free this morning), Parker St back into Elm City. We turned onto Main St to Lake Wilson and back in on Nash to OSB. A brisk pace of 19 for 19 miles and made is back before the rain. Daybreak again in the morning, 6:00 am at OSB, route, distance and pace negotiable.
