andy: Thanks for sending out an email informing us about Jeff. He has ridden w/ the coWs(cyclists of wilson) many times. Do you know where the accident occurred? Several in our group are very concerned of free running dogs in the county and we all need to be aware of areas of concern regarding safe cycle passage.
