Well..were to start.
I was lying around last night very angry at my situation and this is what has
happened.

After two ER Drs told me that my broken ankle was to bad for them to handle and
a cast later I went to a orthopedic surgeon in Greenville this afternoon. I
went to Orthopedic East. The Dr came in and told me after reading the ER notes
and looking at the same pictures of my ankle that they took he can't find a
break any were. He can't explain this in anyway that the ER drs are very good.
Well I smile and thank the Lord for what seems to be a miracle. No reason for
those drs to spend all that time to cast me if there was no break. I just don't
know. Neither did the surgeon he just looked at me with disbelief then went out
to read them again.

I have torn ligaments and some other damage that I can't remember the names of.
Its swollen all the way up to my knee.

My treatment is rest, ice, swimming, and get this..start riding on my bike on
the trainer inside next week. The range of motion in the rotation is perfect
for recovery of this injury. Then I can take it on the road in about a week
and a half if all is going well. YES!! Working back up of course to were I was
at. Not sure if that is good or bad after Sundays ride. What a ride that was.

I can say and claim to only this, either the two ER drs were idiots at the same
time in the same place or the Lord chose to heal that ankle. I don't believe
those drs are idiots but I do believe in miracles from Christ. Which I do not
deserve in anyway.

So far a bike has pulled me from bad health, a hurt lower back, and now this.
What a great sport to love.

Hope to see everyone sooner than later now.
