9 riders on this most perfect evening! Pete, Jennifer, Susan, Steve B.,
Dave Wil., Jonathan, Bob L., James and I cruised out Old Raleigh, Radio Tower,
42, Gov. Hunt Hill, Whirligigs, St. Mary's, Radford for about 28 miles. Steve
B. is doping. You can't pace 17 mph one week and pace 21 mph the next and not
be tired! Bob L. and Jennifer liven things up as well. Even James chased me
down on Target hill. I had to do a double take! Great ride!
Because of the predicted weather conditions for the weekend, I'm calling
in sick tomorrow. John o. and I are gonna cruise a 200K in the morning down in
Benson. Get my miles in between the earthquake and the hurricane.
