COW's.

Are you up to this challenge? Many of us will be riding again this year to
raise funds to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Although many of us
may be feeling the negative effects from the financial crisis, the children
with cystic fibrosis still need our help.

This ride is not a race and is suitable for A, B, and C riders. One of the
routes is about 63 miles and the other is about 33 miles, so even casual
riders can ride the short route. Both routes will be marked and you'll be
given a map for reference in case you miss a turn. Some of us will be
averaging 16 or 17 miles per hour while others are free to ride as fast as
they like. I've ridden with most of you and know that some of you like to
ride fast and can complete the ride in record time. However, I plan to pace
myself to make sure that I can complete the ride. There will be sag wagons
in the event anyone needs help.

Please note the start times in Bruce Joyner's message below. This ride is
Saturday, September 24, 2011. I hope to see all COW's who are up to this
challenge on Saturday. If anyone has a question, please let me know and
I'll follow up as soon as I can.

Cordially,

James Lamm
