John o., Bryan R. from Garner and I cruised from the Cracker Barrel in Wilson to Nashville, Taylors Gin near Castalia to Essex near Medoc Mtn. state park, to Vaughn, to Lake Gaston then up to Gasburg Virginia. Oh yeah, then we had to cycle back to Wilson. 131 miles total and over 3000 feet of climbs. It was a great day to rack up some miles except for that headwind all the way home. This was a recovery ride for John and I as we had back to back 200K's. DC, I think the other planned 200K this week will be 2 100K's instead. Legs are shot! Too many hills and wind.
