A great day for a bike ride. DC, Doc, Tim S., Wally and I cruised up to
Bend of the River, Sharpsburg, back 301 to Elm City and home. No killer
efforts today. We had a nice steady, constant pace that kept all of us together
the entire ride and still ended up with a 19+ average for 28 miles.
BTW, I've been back riding with the CoWs for the past 3 weeks. I haven't
seen LR at any of these rides. Did he get married or something?
