Sorry fot the late response, I've been out of place for a while today. What Tim forgot to mention is that we had a "B" ride going til the store @ the corner of Liles and Strickland. After a brief stop @ the store, he (Tim) took off like a lightning bolt. With a tail wind, I don't think we fell below 26 or 27 til we reached the store on Hornes Ch Rd. The Kieser took over from there, all the way home with another strong pull. Sure glad he had been in the pool and gone for a run. Great ride. Thanks for the company.

Yeah Right! http://connect.garmin.com/activity/161964401 The Kaiser having already served laps in the pool and a little run around the neighborhood wuz looking for a casual "B" ride. Wally likes riding on Mondays and wuz just looking for some company. I never know what I'm looking for. Wally started things off with a monster pull into a stiff headwind through Cliftonville. Then we head up Tar River Church to Bend of the River, down potato hill, right on 97, left on Liles. The Kaiser does that monster hill on 97 into the wind. Impressive. Back Strickland to Horne's Church. That section totally Rocked! Horne's Church back to 58 for 27 miles and a 20.7 mph average. That wuz a sweet ride. Awesome day on the play ground. Ok, maybe a B+ ride. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CyclistsOfWilson-COWs" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
