Pulled into the gas station at the intersection of Airport and
Raleigh, after blowout #2. Bolt circles back to the gas station and
offers to wait with me until my wifey arrives in the Tahoe with
carrier attached. Couldn't reach her on the first two attempts, so we
figured that was a good time as any to inspect the tube... waiting on
her to call back. As Tim surmised in his report, culprit was a tire-
tube-wheel pinch... that's what I get for being in a hurry trying to
quickly install my spare tube in Tim's driveway. Chris kindly offered
his spare. First time using my CO2 pump... remembering to use quick
spurts and not one long blast.

Its was 6:45... what to do? Let's ride, we decided... so we headed
down Target Hill, right on Merk, across 264, Bloomery Rd. Made the
switchback onto Hornes Church and headed back looking to see if
Wally's dog was out at Old Bailey... nope, no pooch. Right on 58 and
cruised by DD. Ended at the house with a touch over 17 miles from the
gas station, at a 18.6 avg. Had just enough light to make it safely
up the driveway.

Thanks again for the tube, Bolt!
