heat had picked up from DC's early ride, wind was variable nw/ne just enough to not have much help. Packhouse, bloomery, w. hornes, strickland, frazier, Old springhope, 581, stoney hill ch, bloomery, packhouse. 46 miles lots of rolling hills, Old springhope, and 581 good training for BSG, several long climbs. heat got to me at stoney, hill ch, really feel for the boston marathoners yesterday, must have been brutal.
