Woke up early this morning with the intent to do a 30 mile ride with Lee 
Eatmon.  Found out that I needed to work a little so had to stay around the 
house until 10.  Went to get the bike and found that I had flat rear tire.  No 
good.  No idea how as I rode it with Caudle and LeeE Wednesday morning with no 
issues.  Decided to take advantage of the situation, fix it and gain a little 
experience.  Took about 35 minutes to change the tire.  Good to go again.  
Found I had a hole at the base of the stem.  Finally was able to leave the 
house.  My intent was to do a mini-Brick.  Rode about 13 miles (for about 40 
minutes) and then ran about 3.5 miles (about 35 minutes).  I would have liked 
to get in at least 20 miles first but just ran out of time.  Nice workout.  
Legs started feeling 'normal' after about 7-8 minutes of running.
