Had to get out early. Left a little after 6 am. Solo ride today. Out hwy 58 to Pridgen. Rt on Pridgen. Rt on London Church. Left on Lake Wilson. Rt on Elm City Main. Came back on Parker, Upchurch, London Church, Pridgen, and back on 58. 25 miles total. Avg pace was 18.7. Was excited today as I got my avg cadence for the ride up to 92.
