I was a bit behind the early ride Saturday morning so I rode solo. Did a shorter version of the Spring Hope Church ride Ronnie introduced me to a few weeks back. Needed longer, slower with some rollers (just can't hold a COWS pace). 48 miles 18 avg with some wind adding to the resistance. As I returned to the abode I spotted my wife on a tour de neighborhood.
