Ronnie, Clint and LR gathered at DD this morning under the cover of clouds with sprinkles of rain. With the humidity it was hard to tell if you were getting rained on or it was you raining. All had some time constraints so out the three rolled for a different ending to a familiar beginning. Nash St., Pridgen Rd, London Church, East Langley into Elm City. A right at the light and out Four Tenths Rd (and some Wilson County cobbles), left at Upchurch over the Rail Road tracks and back on Van Slyke Rd, back over the Rail Road and right onto London Church, to Lake Wilson and back in Nash St. Very light sprinkles and no wind. 19.5 miles with a 21 avg.
Ronnie did the load of the work on the front supplemented with pulls from Clint and LR. LR was recovering from some running while out of town without a bike (suffering form bike withdrawal). Clint continues to progress quickly, having made some big gains in a very short time. The trio was welcomed back to DD by none other than Steve B, aka "Chicken Farmer". A round of conversation and fellowship wrapped up a great start to the day. LR -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CyclistsOfWilson-COWs" group.
