This was a fun ride. Riding with two legends is pretty stressful, but I
certainly enjoyed it. I did mentioned to Kinnie that I was beginning not to
like her for her continued practice of turning pulls over to me for the hills.
And, Tim, my Garmin said 1250 feet of climbing so I’m going with it. Thanks
for letting me play hooky and tag along.

Here is the Garmin route: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/214368312

Subject: [COWs] Friday Morning Ride Report!

Bob, KP and I cruise from Red Oak this morning. With two Belgium bikes, it had
to rain a bit. KP wanted two equal loops, but with the light rain she opted
for one long loop and a short loop. So we cruised to Castalia, looped around
on some of the old Red Cross Ride that took us maybe halfway to Spring Hope.
KP was using some serious home field advantage on Bob. She would lead up to
the big climbs and then hand it off to Bob. Not just once, but multiple times.
We found plenty of hills today around Castalia, Taylor's Gin, Hillardston and
Red Oak. 41.5 miles total with 1,100 feet of climbs, and a 19.6 mph average.
A very nice day to skip work and ride a bike. We left KP running a couple
loops around Red Oak, then a short solo ride and another run. I'm running for
a cheeseburger! --
