Thank you for adding Charles Costanzo to the group. Before I introduce him, let me introduce myself. I have been an inactive member of the COWs e-mail loop for a couple of years now - my connection is through Dave Caudle. My son Sam has been inspired by Dave and others in the past to complete several triathlons. My son and I have not been able to stay as active on our bikes as we would like due to many other interests but I have remained on the loop and long to ride when able.
Charles and I work together and Charles has recently relocated from Philadelphia to Wilson. He is a biker and I recommended the COWs to him as a option for group rides.
