I've updated the cygrunsrv package to 1.60-1. Changes and fixes:
* This version *finally* prepends /bin to $PATH before starting the actual service process. Up to cygrunsrv-1.50-1, cygrunsrv appended /bin to $PATH, despite being claimed otherwise in the documentation.
