Re: string.h vs string.h usage

I want to say that I didnt mean to start a 
general string.h vs string.h discussion (flame).
I want to discuss the setup.exe and mingw case.
strings.h works in winsup environment build,
but not virgin mingw. That's my point. So 
should this be changed ?
