I've uploaded it to the contrib area. I took the freedom to rename the package from "tcp_wrappers_7.6..." to "tcp_wrappers-7.6...", just a dash instead of an underscore in front of the version number. Prepare to announce in a few hours. Btw., IMHO it would be really nice to get libwrap as a DLL in a near future. I'd like to link OpenSSH dynamically against tcp wrappers...
