You did do most of the work... The only thing remaining I can think of is icons/shortcuts. I did take a quick look, the problem is - I don't know (and I don't think I can deduce) whether the user was installing for "all users" or "Just Me" or whether they even asked for icons/shortcuts in the menu/ on the desktop anyway! If you have any thoughts (reg settings?) I'd be happy to add this to the list of things base- can do :) J.
