I had him send me a screenshot: Everything is normal except that the PickPackageLines simple aren't being shown on the screen - just a gap where they should be. The colour scheme is normal, so that's not it. The PickCategoryLines are showing OK.
He said he would try building setup and tinkering with it, and I don't think there is much chance of anyone who cannot reproduce the problem solving it, but I just wanted this to be here for the archives. Max.
