A pull-down where? We were (or, at least, I was) talking about information automatically extracted from mail messages sent to the cygwin-apps list. The easiest way to find the exact package name in those messages is as part of the '@ ' line of the inlined setup.hint. In a web form, the name for a new package being ITP'd will still need to be entered as text, rather than selected from a pull-down, but that's a separate issue. Sorry I wasn't clearer.
