The dashes followed by digits in the name are making setup.exe confused
about which part is the package name and which part is the version number.
Shouldn't it be libopenldap-2.2.15? Official versions are usually dot-seperated after the dash, with an optional dash-<number> suffix for the cygwin build. I never saw underscores for the version seperator.
Note that I said re-*name*.
The package has a dot-seperated version number, the numbers I quoted are included in the package name, to identify an ABI version of the DLL.
