Circular dependencies are not bugs.  Circular dependencies just mean that
the packages are interdependent -- each requires the other's
functionality.  Besides, installation dependencies aren't quire the same
as uninstallation dependencies.  I've posted on this topic before -- I'll
try to dig up the exact URL later.
