[ITP] xf86bigfontproto

[Yaakov (Cygwin/X)]

We'll be re-enabling support for the XFree86-BigFont extension in the 
upcoming X11R7.5 release.  We therefore need to add the corresponding 
X.Org headers to the distro as a build-time requirement of libX11 and 
xorg-server.
