Packaging looks good. It would be nice if you could provide not only the setup.hint in plain text, but also as downloadable link to simplify uploading. I uploaded this package with a tweak to setup.hint. The ldesc string contains quotation marks -> ("the clipboard"). I just removed them. Please fix that in your local copy of setup.hint.
