Ok, I updated setup.hint and libhdf5-devel/setup.hint on cygwin.com so they require libhdf5_7, not libhdf5_6. > "libhdf5_6" is needed by previous octave-3.4.2 so it should remain. Ok, I removed hdf5-1.8.6-1.tar.bz2 and libhdf5-devel/libhdf5-devel-1.8.6-1.tar.bz2, so we're keeping hdf5-1.8.6-1-src.tar.bz2 and libhdf5_6/libhdf5_6-1.8.6-1.tar.bz2.
