* include/mmsystem.h (_LPCWAVEFORMATEX_DEFINED): Define.
Use as guard for the WAVEFORMATEX structure instead of
_WAVEFORMATEX_ to avoid clashes with DirectSound. Keep
_WAVEFORMATEX_ for compatibility.
