Log message:
* miscfuncs.cc (RtlFillMemory): Declare.
(RtlCopyMemory): Declare.
(memset): Just call RtlFillMemory.
(memcpy): Just call RtlCopyMemory.
* mmap.cc (class mmap_record): Drop enforced packing. Reorder members
to allow tight packing on 32 as well as on 64 bit.
* include/sys/dirent.h: Don't enforced structure packing on x86_64.
(__DIRENT_COOKIE): Use different value on 64 bit.
