commit 59f4a286a43b8870f2edc14c416b5b1d9a99433a
Author: Yuriy Kolerov <[email protected]>
Date: Wed Aug 21 16:32:02 2024 +0300

Update config.sub to GCC master branch version

New config.sub contains support of Synopsys ARCv3 targets. It's
necessary for further porting Newlib for ARCv3.

config.guess has not been updated yet in GCC.
