I've uploaded xorg-server 1.3.0.0-3 with fixes for the clipboard and window
naming
issues, and given the package the correct dependencies.

(because I am a cygwin packaging noob, I didn't realize until now that you
can do

setup -X
add "ftp://sourceware.org/pub/cygwinports";
add "http://www.dronecode.org.uk/cygwin";
select "xorg-server"
and it installs the needed stuff)
