The major highlight of this upload is mDNS/DNS-SD/Zeroconf support for
GNOME and other software via Avahi. Please note that due to Cygwin
limitations, avahi-daemon requires a *Windows* version of mDNSResponder
running on your machine in order to function (in addition to the D-Bus
messagebus service). The rationale is explained in detail on my blog:

Other highlights:
* Infinote collaborative text editing with gedit-collaboration plugin
for GNOME and kobby for KDE.
* Security update for Pidgin. Also, protocol plugins with external deps
(bonjour, gadugadu, sametime, silc, and zephyr) are packaged separately.
* dvdauthor with devede GUI
