It appears that ffmpeg was built against libass4, while libass5 is what is
on offer from Cygwin. I don't use any libass functionality, so as a 
temporary measure  I just installed libass5 and copied /bin/cygass-5.dll
to /bin/cygass-4.dll. I suspect bad things would happen if you actually
tried to use libass functionality. Later, I found a copy of cygass-4.dll
by googling for an old package name (libass4-0.10.1-1.tar.xz).
