Do you have Xwin.exe,xterm.exe in c:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin, do you have cygwin1.dll in c:\cygwin\bin?
What happens if you do a "echo %PATH%" after the path is set..
Give the shell-script, startxwin.sh or similar a try from within
bash.. Which OS BTW?
