Update the version/date for the 4.1 branch, in preparation to tag a 4.1.0.1
snapshot. Note: this doesn't imply a 4.1.1 release will be coming.
So you see we'll have 4.1.0 around some time. Maybe we should have a note
in the installation instructions that newer server releases are available.
