Yes, I have seen a similar problem before. I have not yet had a chance to look into it and not that many people are complaining about it :)

Another problem (which I did not noticed in *some* previous version) was redraw not being performed properly for eg when moving windows. I work only on another computer (linux) with DISPLAY set to Cygwin machine. Sorry I can't be more specific.
