Tk apps under cygwin

From a search of the archives I gather that the cywgin implementation

of tk is implemented to display tk widgets as native win-32 rather
than via XFree86. I have a ported Tk app which "contains" an X-window
using a BLT extension; Does any one know if it's possible to contain
a Cygwin/XFree86 window within a Win32 Tk application and if so, would
they be willing to share some example code.
