I recommend using startxwin.bat. I don't recommend using startx.
With that being said, looks like you are missing the fontconfig and freetype2 packages.

I tried to fix the probelm using the XF86Config and .xinitrc file..... but failed..... d Can someone help me to solve the problem......?
