Wow. I thought I'd seen everything when it comes to people's confusion with sending email. I was wrong. The references line is added by your mail software when you *respond*to*the*message*. You don't add it to the subject. It makes no sense do do so. Please don't do this again. Adding a reference line as the subject doesn't help anyone. And, please don't add the headers to the body of the message either.
