(patch below) Small nuisance... The 64-bit vista uses the path name: C:\Program Files (x86)\ for 32-bit apps, and some packages will be installed there by default. Hence, many cygwin users may have C:\Program Files (x86)\<blah> in their PATH environment variable. The parenthesis breaks 00xorg-x11-base.csh
Adding an extra set of quotes on one line fixes the problem.
