Upgrade to a recent Cygwin version.
(current is 1.1.7)
Ah ... As a B20 user, you might not know that the new setup.exe is a kinda
smart download manager for cygwin.
You don't have to download everything by hand, just start setup.exe (GUI!)
and select what you want and what not.
