It ignores whatever depth you pass on the command line; see, the server runs
in a window so it has to use whatever depth Windows is running at, which, in
your case, is 32 bpp. I query Windows for the current screen depth, and I
added a warning to the user that displays when their command line depth
parameter is different than their current screen depth.

InitOutput - Command line depth (24) is ignored in this version. Using
Windows
screen depth of 32.
