I added a screenshot of Cygwin/XFree86 using xdcmp to login to a remote Linux host running kdm. http://www.msu.edu/~huntharo/xwin/shadow/cygwin-xfree86-xdcmp-kdm.png (52 kB) An example command line to use xdcmp is: start XWin.exe -screen 0 800x600x16 -from %WINDOWS_HOST_NAME_OR_IP% -query %REMOTE_UNIX_HOST_NAME_OR_IP% Replace %WINDOWS_HOST_NAME_OR_IP% with the host name or IP address of your Windows machine and replace %REMOTE_UNIX_HOST_NAME_OR_IP% with the host name or IP address of your remote *nix machine.
