Actually I find it is! With the ability to tag a branch a test case off
and announce "test case is available as branch foo", I can effectively
publish a new version of (say squid which is where most of my hacking
goes on) in about 2 minutes - on my 56kb modem!. Downloaders then simply
copy one of their HEAD working directories, perform an update -r to
change to my test tag and they've got the source - without fiddling with
patches or downloading from scratch...
